Netherlands. Amsterdam. Trees and water.

Anse Chastanet's primary restaurant, Tree House, serves an international menu most nights. It also serves a vegetarian menu called "Emerald" and I think its kitchen does double-duty for the Jade Club as well, but I could be wrong.

Sometimes in Siem Reap, the trees decide to take over the buildings

The Spruce Tree House is an amazing ruin. It is one that can be walked to and explored on your own, no ticket needed. Definately worth the visit and walk to. Not quite as a difficult time getting to, like the Cliff Palace and some of the other ruins.

Its not in a tree and its not a house but the kids call it a tree house.

Taken from the freeway.

This is a view from the pasture of the back yard.

The rubber mallet was only marginally effective as a makeshift lever.

these are from a storm on 09/20/07. it was a pretty big storm in the Twin Cities metro area, but it seems our one block got some of the worst of it for some reason: at least six trees down.

Dinghy by the pier

While cleaning up the creek, came across this neat tree house.

Part of 'Be the Church'. All the Plain City area churches had service, lunch at Jonathan Alder High School, and then branched off into various Plain City service activities. I did Big Darby Creek clean up, and downtown historic district clean-up. Did all this to return back to Plain City since I spend so much time there riding my bike. 700 attended the service, and probably a 1,000 took part in service activities. Want a day!
