In lieblich (englische B&Bs lassen grüßen) eingerichteten Hotelräumen wird uns Frühstück auf Basis von Wissen rund um das Wirken von Essen auf den menschlichen Körper serviert. Neue Superfood-Kreationen sowie ein veganes Buffet werden ebenso bedient wie Müslitiger und klassische Frühstücker. Die SlowFood-Schnecke ist als Dekoration überall dabei :)

We climbed up to the summit of Mout Batur, where the trekking guide arranged best places for us and boiled eggs while waiting for the sun to rise. Maybe have an extra t-shirt or jacket with you as it gets a bit cold on the peak of Mountain.

is a good medium level mountain trekking, climbing will take approximately 2 hours get to peak. It is the second active volcano in Bali, erected in the gigantic ancient crater about 750 meter tall and 1718 meter above sea level.
Mount Batur Trekking started at 04.00 am from the starting place and then you are going to get the peak at around 06.00 am, the excellent time for sunrise. Your breakfast time will be served at the peak of the mount with egg and also banana cooked at the hot steam.

Lo primero que uno ve desde la ventanilla del avión es una torre delgada con una esfera emplazada a doscientos metros de altura. La aeronave desciende hacia la pista y uno continúa eclipsado por las luces rojas y amarillas que se proyectan desde la circunferencia, la cual parece simbolizar (una enorme bola plateada en medio de una enorme discoteca) una de las vidas nocturnas más libertarias y famosas de Europa. Luego, desde el suelo, mientras observas por la ventana del metro, el alfiler inmenso de culo redondo continua dominando el cielo a sus anchas. Estás en Berlín y ella -la torre- lo sabe. Te lo hará saber siempre. En los días remojados en resacas propias y ajenas, en las madrugadas oscuras y sin tiempo, en las horas luminosas y abiertas. Allí está, con su silueta incrustada en el paisaje, destellando bajo la cúpula del planeta.
La Torre de televisión del centro de Berlín se erigió en 1966. Fue levantada por la RDA (República Democrática Alemana), como un símbolo del poder socialista, un monumento de 368 metros de altura de acero, cemento y vidrio, con el cual querían dejarle en claro a los Estados Unidos y a la RFA (República Federal Alemana) que la conquista del espacio la iban ganando ellos, los soviéticos. Un signo imponente de la famosa Guerra Fría. El proyecto Sputnik -el cual se propuso poner en órbita satélites artificiales alrededor de la Tierra- en el mes de noviembre de 1957, lanzó la segunda de sus naves en la cual viajaba Laika, la perrita rusa que fue el primer ser vivo de la Tierra en orbitar el planeta. Esos satélites eran esferas como la de la torre de televisión del centro de Berlín, la Fernsehturm, cuyo diseño está inspirado en esas primeras aventuras de la humanidad al espacio exterior.

Lachung is a mountain village close to the Tibetan border, in the northeastern Indian state of Sikkim. It's divided by the Lachung River. The village is home to the 19th-century Buddhist Lachung Monastery, surrounded by apple orchards. Nearby, the Yumthang Valley's Shingba Rhododendron Sanctuary protects many species of rhododendron. The valley is also known for its waterfalls, pine forests and hot springs.
