Lachung is a mountain village close to the Tibetan border, in the northeastern Indian state of Sikkim. It's divided by the Lachung River.

The village is home to the 19th-century Buddhist Lachung Monastery, surrounded by apple orchards. Nearby, the Yumthang Valley's Shingba Rhododendron Sanctuary protects many species of rhododendron.

The valley is also known for its waterfalls, pine forests and hot springs.

There are various tribe village in Changrai - the minority of the long neck tribe where the girls from 5 years wearing the gold chains around the neck to keep the evil from sucking the neck

Who will eat the carrot first? Greg or one of the friendly #deer at the Aarhus #DeerPark, which is a 54 acre woodland area in the northern parts of the Marselisborg Forests. I have never seen a #herd of deer so calm and friendly before, but they were used to human interaction. #Aarhus is a wonderful #Danish city to visit and is located in #Jutland #Denmark! Another year has come to a close and the end of a decade has arrived. These are the #2019bestnine #Instagram photos from the #TreasuresOfTraveling blog. I love that the majority of the nine photos displayed are of mother nature's beauty! Whether it was a picture of a sunrise, the blood wolf moon or of waves crashing onto Kure Beach, the photos were mostly taken of natural beauty we can see and experience in the world around us! The last few photos were taken in Granada, Spain. This Spanish city is unique because of its incredible mix of cultures. I want to thank everyone for coming along on the journey with me, liking the photos, reading my stories and showing your support!
