I found this house by accident. It's a blatant pastiche of Antoni Gaudi architecture & at that time in an amazing beach location. By now it’s probably surrounded by new development. Scanned from an Ektachrome slide, Olympus OM.
One of the things Delhi-ites are proud of is their metro service. The station being part of the efficient and world-class Delhi metro service. This shot of moving metro train at Barakhamba metro station gives a next best feel of the experience to being there yourself!

This was taken in Botany Bay and the tanker was at the Kurnell oil terminal.With no wind the water had an oily look about it and the last light added to the atmosphere.
Sometimes I prefer this sort of accommodation in SE Asian resorts, to those of hill and beach villas usually better suited for family activities.
Thus, the sea villa is usually quieter to hear the ocean; also offering uncluttered sea gazes, and sunrise and sunset vistas.
The poles the villas stand on are quite sturdy. They are locked into the seabed, with 3-4 under each villa at angles to stabilise the villas from large waves during storm surges.
Otherwise, if not available, a top floor apartment in the main complex allows views into the rainforest and sometimes sea views.
This shot was taken at a Pangkor Island resort (Malaysia, Strait of Malacca, halfway between Kuala Lumpur and Penang), at midday upon arrival. Adding more interest to the view was a yacht moored, occupied by a sea-going couple I was to learn. :-)
Tropical Pangkor Island, facing Sumatra (Indonesia), has a number of sandy beaches, pristine beaches with rainforest, and also islands, which allows island hopping. Other activities include jungle and island walks, bird watching (including hornbills, flying foxes, and sea eagles), swimming, snorkelling, sunset cruises, and so on.
Beyond dreams, I think you will agree!

Piazza di Spagna, con la scalinata di Trinità dei Monti, è una delle più famose piazze di Roma. Deve il suo nome al palazzo di Spagna, sede dell'ambasciata dello stato iberico presso la Santa Sede. Al centro della piazza vi è la famosa Fontana della Barcaccia, che risale al primo periodo barocco. La monumentale scalinata di 136 gradini fu inaugurata da Papa Benedetto XIII in occasione del Giubileo del 1725: essa venne realizzata, grazie a dei finanziamenti francesi a partire dal 1721, per collegare l'ambasciata dei Borbone di Spagna, a cui la piazza deve il nome (che nel XVII secolo era "Piazza di Francia"), alla Chiesa della Trinità dei Monti.
