The ‘Global NDC Conference 2017: integrated governance, finance and transparency for delivering climate goals’ took place in Berlin, Germany, from 2 – 6 May 2017. The conference was jointly organized by the LEDS GP, the GIZ Support Project for the Implementation of the Paris Agreement (SPA), and the UNDP Low Emission Capacity Building (LECB) Programme, in collaboration with the NDC Partnership.

Oh! it's so dark outside that I'm trying to catch a brighter photo but it's so difficult. I think I took about 8 photos of this card and they all turned out equally dark!!
I'm beginning to like the idea of a transparency. I used dots embossed on the transparency and snowflakes for the white card and layered it with a purple cardstock. Distressed the embossed white card and finished it with HA Maple leaf as a tag. Lastly, put some glitters arond the edge of the leaf!
