This Electric post and the high tension wire is simply a reminder to all of Us that we need a transmission line in order to connect people from both ends of the world, and where great ideas flow freely in the superhighway known as the transmission line.

Thought I would put up my old photos, as they are no longer on my website. Transmissions was a great place to go in London (Sadly no longer around).

I love seeing peoples photos of when they were younger so why not put mine up?

365 2025 Still the Wheel Turns - Day 341 - Dec 8 - Last year was the first time I saw this awesome sculpture, had to go back to see her again! It sits on private property so you can't get too close to it. "The meaning of the "Transmission" sculpture by Daniel Popper is to symbolize the connection between the spiritual and the physical world, specifically the link between Earth and sky. This monumental 33-foot-tall sculpture features a female figure whose hands emerge from the Mojave Desert, acting as a gateway and a conduit for energy. It also explores themes of unity and divinity, serving as a reminder of our connection to nature and each other."

This is made for the phrase 'they don't make 'em like that anymore'.

The broadcasting world has changed so much in my lifetime. These days we can stream anything on demand and binge on the media we love.

Back in the day I remember fondly when we'd listen to the radio particularly on a Sunday. In fact music piracy involved a cassette recorder and the hope the dj didn't talk over the start or end of the song.

Pure nostalgia. If I'm being honest I'm happy with my sonos system and wouldn't swap it for anything!

Taken on assignment at a new venue. I was there to take pictures of other stuff but couldn't ignore this bit of old school cool.
