Transdev PO51MTE (1079) is a Volvo B10BLE with Wright Renown bodywork. Seen in Bradford, PO51MTE was new to the company.
The tram sheds, which have served transport companies since 1881, are finally being knocked down. There were three sections, two have already been knocked down, and to the left of the photo, the last section remains.
To the right, offices and service area.
After demolition, the area will be resurfaced and left as an open space. This is to house all the Transdev fleet from intack and manner sutton street. Although manner sutton street is to be kept open for vehicle refurbishment
As two sections are under demolition, they cannot be used, meaning buses have to be parked elsewhere. At the back of the depot, is a glorious line up of all the Leyland double deckers in many different liveries.
After peak time through until midnight, it is pretty much every bus for itself, as there is so little room to park! The shunters are currently moving all the pictured buses anywhere they can, the B10s are parked in the staff carpark just to give you a picture of space shortage!
In the morning, buses have to do a lap of the depot just to get out.
