This was shot in Bellows Falls, Vermont with the Olympus E-M1.

Midnight - Moonlight - Long Exposure - 1:46AM

The train tracks were illuminated by the headlights of a passing rail-truck. (a pick-up truck fitted with rail-wheels)

Moose or caribou. One or the other. But, I didn't take the time to get close enough to determine which.

This location is for us Uk photographers the famous Dungeness beach which is on the Kent coast in southern England it has a lot of disused and abandoned huts and rail track like this one.

Old hidden farm track.

...Though Nowhereville is still always Somewhereville.

 

Railroad crossing (Canadian Pacific/Soo Line) along a gravel road near the farm.

 

It was a hazy day, we were in the midst of experiencing a lot of smoke from the unfortunate fires that Canada was experiencing 😥 (Thoughts still with them)

A cold and frosty morning in the Cairngorms National Park

The railway tracks at Whipsnade Zoo, Bedfordshire. Sepia tones added, as the colour on the original was boring!

but ...no train in site ???
