All townhomes have an upstairs bedroom with private bath and walk-in closet.
Some (like this one) are available without a bedroom door, maximizing your space.
All of the toilets need to be "Sealed" to prevent leaking and eventually dry rot. F would like to buy all new toilets, but I think new toilet seats will suffice.

Apparently the former residents had a fridge with an ice maker that burst. So, in the garage, the have gone in and made repairs. There is no evidence of dry rot or future problems.
