This famous area is known for its tourism shops, restaurants, cafes, hotels and marketplace. The building in the center, with flags on top, is the ‘Köln Tourismus GmbH’, which is an information and services center for tourists. It also contains some souvenir shops in the ground floor, one of which is the famous colognes and perfumes brand 4711.
The big building on the shady area to the left side of the ‘Köln Tourismus GmbH’ is the ‘Excelsior Hotel Ernst’ and on the right side is the ‘Westdeutscher Rundfunk Köln (WDR); West German Broadcasting Cologne’, which is a German public-broadcasting institution based in the Federal State of North Rhine-Westphalia with its main office in Cologne.

The "Holy Sand" is the oldest preserved Jewish cemetery in Europe!
Numerous influential Jewish scholars and rabbis were buried here.
The oldest tombstones date back to 1058/59 and thus document the first great heyday of the Jewish community in Worms, which has been detectable since the year 1000.

Ram Fortress is a 15th-century fortress on a steep slope on the right bank of the Danube in the village of Ram, Veliko Gradište Municipality, eastern Serbia. The fortress lies on a rock that slopes towards the Danube from the northeast side. It is believed that the city was built on the opposite side of the Haram fortress, which lay on the other side of the Danube and left no remains.
middle Ages
The earliest mention of Ram Fortress dates back to 1128 AD, when the Byzantine army defeated the Hungarians in the area. After victories in this region, the Byzantine army concentrated its activities in the Pannonian Basin.

"The former hunting lodge of Prince Eugene of Savoy and Maria Theresia - which belongs to the Schloss Hof site - is a real insider tip. With its charm of a French summer palace, it exudes a very special appeal. The authentically furnished baroque game kitchen is particularly worth seeing."
Schloss Hof (formerly Schloßhof, originally Hoff an der March) is the largest of the six Marchfeld castles. It is located east of Vienna in the village of Schloßhof in the market town of Engelhartstetten in the district of Gänserndorf in Lower Austria, not far from the March, which forms the border with Slovakia, and is visible from afar on the edge of the river terrace. The baroque palace complex essentially consists of the actual palace building, a seven-terraced baroque garden in an east-west direction, a farmstead with two orangeries in the north and two large stables in the west.
The castle was built in the 1620s to the east of what was then the medieval fortress of Hof. After Prince Eugene of Savoy acquired the complex in 1725, he expanded it into a representative country residence. In 1755 the castle came into the possession of Austria's sovereign Maria Theresa. From 1773 to 1775, Franz Anton Hillebrandt carried out a conversion and expansion to give it the appearance it has today.

ORANGERIES
In order to give Prince Eugene's botanical treasures a worthy setting, Johann Lucas von Hildebrandt built an orangery consisting of two mirror-image greenhouses with gardens in front. The orangeries were built according to the latest glass house type, with the south side being a pure wood and glass construction. Equally modern is the warm air heating, which still works today. In subterranean chambers, air is heated by large ovens and released into the room through a system of ducts with square openings running in the floor.
In 1757 the west glass house and, in the early 19th century, the east glass house were converted into residential buildings for service personnel. In the course of the revitalization of Schloss Hof from 2002, both orangeries were restored to their original appearance.

ENG: The Bode Museum, opened in 1904 as the Kaiser Friedrich Museum, is part of the Museum Island ensemble in Berlin and thus a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It houses the Sculpture Collection, the Museum of Byzantine Art and the Numismatic Collection. It was reopened on 17 October 2006 after almost six years of renovation and opened to the public on 19 October of the same year.
The Bode-Museum became doubtfully well-known during the night of 27 March 2017, when a "Big Maple Leaf Gold Coin" weighing around 100 kg was stolen from the exhibition. This loan from a private owner had a face value of around 1.0 million Canadian dollars, the material value at the time of the crime was around 3.8 million euros. The gold coin and the perpetrators have since disappeared and the coin was most likely melted down.
