These early 16th century zinc pitchers from Tabriz, Persia, are in the treasury of the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul, Turkey.

The Palace grounds are massive and there are many buildings to explore in detail. In totality, Topkapi is an extraordinarily rich museum, and the Imperial Treasury of the Ottoman Empire.
Topkapi opens at 9am. It is closed on Tuesdays.

The Topkapı Palace / Topkapı Sarayı is a large palace in Istanbul, Turkey that was one of the major residences of the Ottoman sultans for almost 400 years (1465–1856) of their 624-year reign.
