Perhaps not an accurate title but catchy title anyway. This is a stream I discovered while hiking near Lake Minnewanka. It is located in Banff National Park, Alberta Canada. The day was perfect and the clouds were incredible. Processed in Lightroom and Topaz.

The Ruby-topaz Hummingbird is a much coveted gem of circum-Amazonian savanna habitats from Colombia east through Venezuela, the Guianas, south through Brazil and west to eastern Bolivia. It is a very small hummingbird, but with a brilliant ruby crown and nape, iridescent gold throat and breast and bright orange tail and is luckily, quite common throughout its range. It forages for the nectar of flowering shrubs from the understory to tree tops in open country but also in cultivated areas and gardens. Picture taken at Sítio Pau Preto, Potengi, CE.

I couldn't resist this beautiful spring sky over the ploughed field, so full of anticipation and promise. I hope you like it too. Thank you so much for all your support - as always.

Processed using Topaz Glow 'into the light' at 60%. No actual 'texture' used, just Topaz and a bit of dodging and burning in PicMonkey. So lucky to have a little bit of farming country nearby !

Curious facts: In the forest's “color palette” the Ruby-topaz Hummingbird (Chrysolampis mosquitus) is highlighted. With a red head and nape, metallic orange-yellow throat and chest and a rusty tail, the species is the hummingbird that has the largest extension of iridescent feathers, that is, they reflect colors depending on the incidence of light. He is just amazing!

My first photo of a Common Kestrel (male) in wildlife condition.

Sun was in front of me, I was far and I didnt even reconize it.

I did one photo to see what kind of bird was on the top of this tree and I saw a Kestrel.

So these photos are very big crop.

The in flight photo was completly blured as I used my still setttings (1/1000s) and Topaz AI sharpen saved it with its Stabilize function.

ps : grey/blue head's feathers means it's a male

I was my brother's wedding photographer. I found the bride's bouquet laying on a chair after all the festivities were over and decided to do a closeup.

For processing, I used Topaz Art Filters and I also used a semi-transparent texture I created myself on the flowers and background. I had forgotten I had made this texture overlay until I was looking through my textures for this image. Glad to find it.
