My toothbrush looks kind of gross in those little cracks. Ew.

It may sound strange, but I imagined that the toothbrush was a model, so I really feathered the light so that the "body" of the toothbrush just sort of disappears, combined with a shallow depth of field I really wanted to emphasize the head of the toothbrush.
