It's a very sad picture. Even more sad than it seems to be ;-)

At the beginning of 2005 after the relationship to my then girl friend was finish an we both felt very sad about it, I had taken this picture in my bathroom, the picture of our toothbrushes "looking" in different directions. So it's more emotional than it seems to be.

wartime toothbrushes, the caseine goes brittle and sweats some oil and it desintegrates within a year after excavation.

I'm sorry. This is a lot of photos, but he's so damned cute in this series that out of the hundred or so I took, I culled as much as I possibly could. I was still left with tons!

Six is the magic number that you should always remember. Wondering why?

You should always keep your tooth brush 6 feet away from your toilet to avoid the air born particles from toilet flushing and making their way towards your bristles. Now this is a situation you should always want to avoid…

Several of us obtained dental supplies to take to the children in Keumbu. My dentist, Dr. Jay Davis, and his staff did yeoman's work in getting me some items to take.

If I'm remembering correctly, I think that these toothbrush holders came about as a suggestion from AP co-worker. I've done a few variations with these, including single toothbrush holders, and my personal favorite, the ninja toothbrush holder. My fiancee likes to put her rings on the nose of the hedgehog when she's washing up, so I guess these also double as small ring holders as well, it's great to learn that my hedgehogs can multitask. #animal #wildlife #wild #tooth #toothbrush #toothpaste #toothbrushholder #clay #ceramic #stoneware #pottery #sculpture #handmade #wheel #wheelthrown #hedgehog #hedgie #functional #holder #bathroom #home

Watercolor and verithin colored pencil piece of our toothbrushes. 2008.

Part of the Drawing-A-Day project.

It occurred to me, looking at all these toothbrushes, how many people now live here. And one doesn't even have teeth yet.

Inside this little ball is a miniature toothbrush and mint to chew on in lieu of having time to brush your teeth. Cute concept, but fails miserably. You end up swallowing the mint long before the brush takes effect.
