The first job was to oil all the bearings for the roller drawers, so they would open and close easily.
Austin said carving my jewelry tools into a pumpkin for Halloween was not allowed and wasn't "halloweenie"... so I just used my tools, and drilled my pumpkin instead. Flex shaft pumpkin? I think yes.
I'm not sure how many holes it is, but there is pumpkin everywhere.
Also, Austin then went on to carve a whale!?
Yea.
This is The Inhuman Tool, arch nemesis of The Human Tool. He has the ability to absorb powers from any model that he tears a piece off of. In this case, he’s taken from the Stairfighter and gained flight capability and enhanced strength from reinforced struts on his limbs.
The Inhuman Tool originally served as the first Human Tool, but after reaching his full potential as a hero and graduating to the rarest and most powerful green separators, his hunger for even more power warped him into something evil. Now he’ll stop at nothing to absorb power from all Lego models in creation.
Shot a model in class today. There were some tools in the corner of the studio, and I asked if she wouldn't mind posing with them.

We have uploaded more than 200 photos of the recovered property and want you to view it and let us know if it is yours.
The property was recovered over the bank holiday weekend from locations across Leicester. It is believed to have been stolen from vans across the city and county since January 2015.
If you have had your van broken into please take a look at the pictures and get in touch with us using the link below if you believe any of the items are yours. A member of our team will then contact you

My husband bought a great big rolling tool box for the shop a couple of weeks ago. It is very pretty. I have stolen it for my kitchen because it is too wonderful for the nasty auto shop and needs to be where it can be appreciated.
Had to counterbore one of the socket head caps again so the head didn't interfere with the rail. LEV-els
These babies are absolutely STUNNING..they look like what any self-respecting conquestador cowboy emperor should wear. The toe will be so perfect when they are worn-in. The way they are going to naturally turn-up will just be amazing and subtley elegant.
Wow!
New tests/research using 'Tool Hide,' the CNC surfacing technique we developed that can respond to an infinite variety of surface curvatures.
You can see the planes where other tools have been flaked off.
Today I went to a talk about what to do if you find Aboriginal artifacts on your land and how they were made and what uses they had for various ones. I apologise ahead of time for the photos that are out of focus. You can still see the worked edges.
The talk was arranged because some worked stones were found recently on the land opposite the local hall. This is the first such talk that has been given in this area. There was a lot of interest and a large audience.

Mabry Mill in Meadows of Dan, VA. I'm not a huge fan of HDR, but sometimes a photo begs for it. This is certainly one of those shots. The story behind this shot is quite a long one so I wrote a blog post about it here. nathanmaysphotography.com/archives/326
The Dremel is a beautiful tool. I can practically make it dance in my hands. There is no need to work with so many sophisticated machines to bring out the beauty and excellence of a piece of wood. It's a trained eye and a pure, quiet mind that does this.
I am thankful for the peace I live...and for the ability to work quietly where I can visualize images that few can grasp. This is not a privilege for an artist, but a right. It is a right because it's of GOD.

08/2010: This cake traveled from St. Louis, MO to Nashville, TN! It was Vanilla Bean White Velvet Cake with Strawberry Filling. It was covered in White Chocolate Fondant. The tools were made from gumpaste and handpainted. The Post-it note was gumpaste and written in edible pencil. There is an inside joke with this cake. It was ordered by the girlfriend for the boyfriend's birthday...apparently they've been rehabbing a house for a LONG time!
