Thiourea-Gold is a slow working toner, especially when used before fixing. During the first minutes the colour turns to a cool red (after citrate developers), with longer times the hue would change to a bluish grey. Even after longer times there would be still enough remaining untoned silver for a use of a second toner. When neither red nor blue is desired a subsequent processing for less colour saturation is possible.
Kallitype onto Hahnemühle Platinum Rag, Ammonium citrate developer 4 mins, Citric acid 0,5% 1 min MT10 Gold toner 4 mins, ATS fixer 1+10 3 mins.
On the right additional MT3 Vario toner (thiourea after bleach.).
Delta 100 4x5 in MZB,
Kallitype on HPR, Ferric oxalate no.4 toner test, Sodium acetate developer.
Platinum toner (6th print in 250ml) 70 seconds.
Fuji Acros in Finol (N-1),
Kallitype on Hahnemühle Platinum Rag,
Sodium acetate developer, MT3 Vario toner, followed by MT10 Gold toner

As farmers are beginning to plough fields now in preparation for planting we can see different shades of earth tones across the landscape. This one in particular caught my eye .
I must have fallen asleep, I completely forgot to share any vacation pictures! This one is even older. The photo, which I created this year, I found not so successful. So I decided to dig in the archive and post exactly the same motif from last year. Yes that's no problem we are up here more often the kids and the sea a probably inseparable story ;) Just as inseparable my love for music and photography. Therefore, it would probably be very unlikely if I had no song for this.

Autumn in Melbourne is always beautiful, with many wonderful deciduous trees full of colour like these maple leaves, which are quickly gaining the rich gold, orange and red tones of the season.
Melbourne has experienced a wonderful Indian summer this year, and as a result, not only are there still plenty of beautiful blooms about, but the Autumnal colours are starting to appear.
Just before the color faded completely, some soft pastel tones lingered for a moment. Near Olds, Alberta.
