A colourful start of the day. Gorgeous fuchsia called Tom Thumb

I can’t show you the actual thought. Otherwise I’d write a pamphlet and put it up on the wall :-)

Tom Thumb Tomatoes

What's the difference between knowledge and wisdom?

Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit; wisdom is knowing not to put it in a fruit salad.

Liana and her prince (who has transformed from frog to prince, after a kiss from Liana) are on their way to the Magic Portal to visit her friend Rosie. Along the way, they encounter a stranger.

Who is this stranger.

STRANGER:

O..uh..Hello

LIANA:

Who are you?

You look so familiar to me

PRINCE:

I've seen you before.

STRANGER:

I'm Tom Thumb Hamster and I've lost my way.

LIANA:

Oh...yes....now I know who you are.

You're in the wrong fairy tale Tom Thumb Hamster.

This is the fairy tale of “The Princess and the Frog” and you belong in the fairy tale “TomThumb and the Seven League Boots”

STRANGER;

I don't know the way back, can I come with you?

LIANA:

I don't know Tom

We are going to visit my friend Rosie in Australia.

STRANGER:

That's far, far away Princess Liana.

How long will you be on the road?

LIANA:

Well...it's a secret

I can tell you we'll be there in 1 minute.

STRANGER:

Wow...1 minute!!!!

PRINCE:

We can ask Rosie if Tom Hamster can come with us.

LIANA:

That's a good idea my prince

I'm going to ask her

I put the packet with the seeds on a ball bearing and started turning. It was difficult to get the right speed but I think this looks pretty cool. In other things I tried, I had trouble keeping things in the middle, but this time I succeeded ! finally.

Rain in Seattle

Woke up, got out of bed.

Looked up at the sky and said :

"Yeah I think I see some blue"

But as I drove the rain began

Walked the path once more again

This time not to the top

The rain fell and would not stop

The poem is a take off the Beattles song Day in the Life

The title is from Just Like Tom Thumb's Blues by Bob Dylan.

nrhp # 93000298- The Tom Thumb House is a historic house in Middleborough, Massachusetts. The 21⁄2 story wood frame house was built in the 1870s as a summer home for the dwarf entertainer Charles Stratton, best known by his stage name, General Tom Thumb. It has Second Empire architecture, including a mansard roof, paired brackets in the cornice, and paired columns supporting the porch. The interior was built to meet the needs of the 3-foot-4-inch (102 cm) Stratton and his wife Lavinia, who was also a proportionate dwarf (midget,) however, few of its miniaturized features have survived.[2]

The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1993.

Little people, big world.

The tompouce is going down. The little people have to abandon the pastry in a hurry.

Tompouce (Tompoes), literally Tom Cat of Tom Thumb is a typical Dutch pastry. It is the local variety of the mille-feuille or Napoleon, introduced by an Amsterdam pastry baker and named after Admiraal Tom Pouce, the stage name of the Frisian little person Jan Hannema.
