This is Chrysocome who, since being taken out of the water tank, has put himself into "timeout" by facing the wall (or the corner). He does this a lot. I think it's because he's a loner & usually isolates himself onto a small section of their rock/island. But he looks just like the penguin in Happy Feet when he's been captured & put into the Aquarium (and he faces the wall once he's "lost it").
