In sports a time out is a stop in the play of game. Sometimes work is like a game, and I most definitely need a timeout, and there's no better time for a time out then at 3pm. At this ritualistic hour I'll go on the hunt for some form of chocolate - beg, steal or borrow styles. It's that little sugar hit that'll get me through my last hour of the day and the little break that will ensure I stay focused.
