One of my favorites that I see every year at the Back to the Fifties car show in St Paul. But often, I don't get the opportunity for a good photo. It's in motion or too many people, etc. But this time I was able to get a good clear shot of it. HTT

Some of the clouds on the western horizon were sculpted by the winds in elongated ways and when lit by the setting sun, looked like flames!

Getting back into the Thursday barn walk groove was straightforward enough, except that I'd forgotten my camera. So this is unashamedly fauxlaroid.
A Thursday Brunch took place at the hotel's indoor rooftop pool bar!

The light in some parts of Wales always manages to take me by surprise. A really cloudy early[ish] start and down to the beach at Three Cliffs Bay. The light was really weird, one moment with a golden sunny haze, the next almost a black shade of grey. All I have done here is to increase the overall saturation a tad and sharpen very slightly.

Thanks to another Flickr friend getting her dream dolly (Wedding Bell Poppy -- yay, Sherry!) I was in the mood to finally take a photo of Wedding Bell with Popster, who I think might be the older sister of the two.
Their subtle likeness was why I had initially chosen to part with Popster in the first place. If I had only taken this type of portrait then, I might have saved myself a bit of regret! :)
