After 3 years of heavy usage, my beloved thinkpad shows certain instabilities. I couldn't find the reason.

I'll be missing the curve and soft keyboard of TravelMate, but the screen and soundcard of ThinkPad are better

I love these things. Left is my new Thinkpad T500 -- my main computer. Right is my old Thinkpad T43 15" I use as a kick-around.
I've dropped my T43 onto my living room wood floor... nothing happened to it at all!
I also have a 14" T60p assigned to me from the office. It comes with me to and from work every day.
And in addition to all of these, I also have a super old Thinkpad A22m (Pentium III) that just barely runs Windows XP. It's so old it has a floppy drive and only 192megs of RAM.
This is my small Thinkpad computer, installing a large OS (Windows Server 2008) with a Philips DVD drive, connected with USB. I hope I can find all the right drivers, so far, wireless is not working.
