An antique thimble that used to belong to my great-aunt. I have never used it because it is too big for my finger, but I really love the delicate detail work on it.

It was mild today, so Amelia wanted to go outdoors to play. She is wearing a tiny crocheted sailor romper made by a talented lady in England years ago.
Although the outfit was made for a dollhouse baby, it fits Amelia beautifully.

I made a little mock-up for my incoming realpuki Kaka named Thimble. I would looove her to look like this ^-^. I've already ordered the eyes and contacted Spampy for the clothes. But I'm stuck on the wig, can't seem to find anything like it... So if you know where to buy or commision a wig similar to this, or adjustable to approach this, please let me know ^-^

The thimble berry is an edible raspberry-like berry. We found it growing wild in several of the hikes we took, but nowhere as abundant as it was along the Ausable Chasm trails.
