Soul therapy.
It is in the early morning when this person appeared in front of me.
She was walking along the beach when she stopped and spent sometime simply staring out to sea.
What thoughts were going through her mind we will never know but she gave the appearance of being in an almost trance like position.
Perhaps she was pondering the events of the forthcoming day or maybe her thoughts took her somewhere into the future.
We will never know for certain but what we do know for certain was that she came into view and despite our distance we were both entranced by the power of the sea as it ebbed and flowed.

Morning therapy.. getting up a bit earlier before work and heading down to the ocean to get a couple of shots before work. plus its winter so its peaceful and quiet. nice way to start off the day.

Today I decided to take a trip to the ocean. Just close your eyes, put the shell up to your ear and you've been transported!
How was you weekend guys? It looks like we might have a few storms coming in to town this week here in Chicago. That can be a good thing for us photographers if you happened to have a safe overlook from where you can capture it. While we contemplate on that here is another shot from the last weeks fog. What do you think?
Dew on petals. These caught my eye on this fairly wind-free morning. Trying to avoid blowing out the highlights and focus and expose manually. I think this was f/5.6. About as shot.
It's either read some horrific news or stay outdoors. For those of you experiencing dreadful conditions, my empathy.

Think a bit of beach therapy is always needed.. but as we can't or shouldn't be hitting the beaches anywhere with whats going on in our world all I can say is thank goodness for SL..but even here some of the stores are closed ..oh well nice to get out if nothing more...
