The legendary Cité de Carcassonne is a fantasy for those of us who love history and photography, the immensity of the place and its beauty are impossible to reflect in a single image, I chose this one because it is the most representative of all the ones I took.
The place is a blast from the past, steeped in the history of this beautiful region of southern France.

The Jimi Hendrix window display at Sonny's Vintage shop on Guadalupe Street in Austin Texas. Appropriately, Sonny's offers a line of vintage microphones for Blues players in addition to their vintage clothing -- and they have really beautiful window displays.

Wally, is a dying breed of men. A man of few words. He's a member of the Nevada County Sportsmen club. Wally doesn't talk much and prefers to work behind the scenes. I thought doing this photo (incognito) in B&W more fits his character.

I was walking on Pender Street. The clown in black carrying a cluster of black balloons quickly walked past me.
He came to a resting stop near a building. I came over to him and asked if I could take a picture of him with the shutter-clicking hand sign. I don’t know why I did that. May be I am used to the fact that clowns are supposed to communicate with non-spoken language.
He stood up and stepped forward to me. And suddenly he cried loudly. I took the shot.
Is it the legend that clowns are usually sad by themselves while they are supposed to make people laugh?

If any one member of The Who can be said to be the group's founding member it is singer Roger Daltrey, who was born in the West London suburb of Shepherds's Bush on March 1st, 1944. Roger first assembled the group that would become The Who in 1959 while at Acton County School, recruiting John Entwistle and subsequently agreeing to John's proposal that Pete Townshend should join. In those days, Roger, whose daytime job was in a sheet metal factory, even made the band's guitars, and it was his high energy and ambition that drove the group during their formative years. That same energy, coupled with his unwavering resolve, has sustained the group during periods of uncertainty ever since.
