This is a lot I've build a couple of times in different games. It's inspired by a past workplace, although it doesn't much resemble it anymore. I've coded it a cafe for the coffee shop on the first floor to run, but wanted the whole building to be a community space that serves a lot of different needs. There are cubicle offices, boss and receptionist offices, break rooms, a board room, and employee gym. No CC but several packs and cheats used.
This is a large 3-bedroom luxury rental house I created for Jungle Adventure. It’s based off one I saw online so if it looks familiar, you probably googled on the same keywords I did. :) Besides the en-suite bedrooms there is a large kitchen, lounge, pool, and a workroom for your adventuring sims to work on their finds after a long day’s digging.
A simple but swanky restaurant for date night out in nature. Why travel to the beaches of Windenburg Island just to sit in a dark restaurant? Until we get weather in the game, one doesn't really need walls between them and the beach. Place on the island's smallest lot. No CC but lots of cheats and packs used-turn on MOO before placing.

Another tea room. This one has some decorative custom content so I'm not sure if I will upload with or without it yet... After I finish landscaping and Sim-testing it, I'll post I'll decide and post.

I’ve become obsessed with designing tablescapes and venues for all kinds of events as I’m bored to death with throwing parties on my home lots. The tablescapes have become a whole thing in and of itself - I’m loving just designing and photographing them for the sheet enjoyment of it. But I plan on uploading some of them as rooms to be used in a museum venue I’m working on. You will see though that there is some custom content in these pics - I’m completely addicted to Dara S’s doilies/tablecloths and I think there is a curtain and a tea tray that I can identify if anyone is interested in the source. The ivy is cc, not the game ivy. I will probably strip out the cc for the uploads even though I find them so important to the design.

A vampire nightclub that can be switched to a lounge with no editing needed. There is a blocked off kitchen if you want to convert to a restaurant-just move the door/podiums and you are set to go. Try swapping the piano for a karaoke machine for a K-club or add a tv for a bar. No CC but lots of cheats and packs used-turn on MOO. To light the fireplaces you will need to turn on MOO, reduce down to default size, have a sim light in live mode, then enlarge again in build.
I created this little flowershop to test out Seasons. It has a greenhouse with the flowers you need to make bouquets, is cat friendly (if you have Pets), and there is a full owner’s apartment on the second floor. I stocked the store and priced things so it should function even if your Sim does not run it. If you like the sim in the pictures, I’ve uploaded her and her kitty to the gallery as well.
