Slimier Things is a terrarium and tank pet supply company. I like to have shops in my town that sell the insects needed for herbology as I don't like having to travel every time I need more. Buying the insects doesn't feel quite so much like cheating as using buydebug. This shop carries the full collections of frogs, fish, insects, and live space creatures (as of the time of it's building-up to Vampires). Everything is flagged for sale. The tank room will need to be stocked as uploading to the gallery flushes the lot clear of collectibles that are not flagged for sale. One of the (many) frustrating things about retail lots is that the uniforms don't save with the lot when uploading to the gallery - You will need to set those yourself when your Sim manages the shop. If you place this lot for shopping without owning it first, it will function, but the clerks will dress randomly. I've included a screen shot of the uniform my own clerks wear as an example.

This is a lot I've build a couple of times in different games. It's inspired by a past workplace, although it doesn't much resemble it anymore. I've coded it a cafe for the coffee shop on the first floor to run, but wanted the whole building to be a community space that serves a lot of different needs. There are cubicle offices, boss and receptionist offices, break rooms, a board room, and employee gym. No CC but several packs and cheats used.

This was a happy accident... I took some shots during building so I could think about decorating while I was a work and I find it really cool to look at them against the finished shots - Like a realtor website before moving in. I should remember to do this again.
Seafood restaurant in a reclaimed factory. Wow your date with the awesome view from the second floor deck. Or enjoy a drink in the skylight bar on the top floor. No CC but cheats and several packs used-turn on MOO before placing.
I’ve become obsessed with tablescapes and creating party venues as I’m bored to death with throwing parties on my home lots. It’s annoying that you have to have different lot types for the different kinds of parties, so I’m working on venues that will cover the most kinds all at once and that can be easily redecorated in buy mode - meaning that things can be recolored into themes using the recolor too and without having to buy new/different things. I’m working on a museum for black and white and birthday parties that would have modular banquet rooms - Meaning you could just plop in the tiny rooms with the tables to design for a function without having to redo the whole venue. I would post the individual rooms and the main venue. I’ve designed the common area in white with a lot of lighting and objects that have a lot of color choices so after you dropped in the designed banquet rooms, you could quickly recolor the lights and banquet items to match out in the main hall. And many of the banquet rooms are built with items that could be recolored into new color schemes without having to rebuild the whole room.
This is a large 3-bedroom luxury rental house I created for Jungle Adventure. It’s based off one I saw online so if it looks familiar, you probably googled on the same keywords I did. :) Besides the en-suite bedrooms there is a large kitchen, lounge, pool, and a workroom for your adventuring sims to work on their finds after a long day’s digging.

I left my game for a few minutes & came back to my 1st alien tombstone. #rip #thesims4 via Instagram ift.tt/1Gb9cJ6
I’m almost ready to post a Spooky/Incognito/Birthday Party Venue (Lounge) - I just need to finish up the landscaping and photograph everything. This one is clearly designed for costume parties but I tried to keep it classy so it can be used for birthdays and just hanging out. Classy banquet hall on the first floor with a more fun party room upstairs. The only thing you would need to add is an arch you wanted to hold a wedding party. Other than that, it’s all inclusive.
