This is a rebuild of a beloved Sims 1 lot, which was an attempt and recreating an apartment a favorite character from a favorite tv show lived in. It’s also an actual building in London. See the pics at the end of the album of all of these things.

It’s built for me, so it’s probably not going to appeal to everyone, but I may as well share it. No CC used, but many build cheats were utilized. Found at the Sims 4 Gallery under LadyEmperorSims. I placed it in the Get to Work shopping neighborhood to get a more urban feel and I love that I get a view of the “city” out the loft windows. I decorated the lofts for my Sims, not for the public. There are four 2-floor lofts decorated for four of my sims: A hippie-ish sort of guy, a player bachelor guy, an artist guy, and a girl nurse.

Full apartment that will fit 20 Culpepper. Turn on MOO and replace the 1-space wall segments removed to make this upload as one unit. No CC but lots of cheats and packs used.

I made some additions to my own copy of SHIELD HQ. Over at the Sims 4 Forum I found another artist's awesome vision for this base (LadyDaKare) and completely ripped off her layout for Coulson's office. Consequently, I won't be uploading it, but love my version so much I wanted to share pics at least.

Here is the first TS4 house to be posted on my flickr account ; I've built several others but this is the biggest one to date, so I'm quite proud of myself.

Let me introduce you to Shady Magnolias Home (you'll find it under that name in the gallery, or you can look me up as ladyteruki712).

feel so good in Dubai

Inspired by the Glasgow School of Art Seona Reid Bldg. A building which both repels and intrigues me. Leave as residence or make it retail lot, art museum, lounge, or whatever. It will work these options out of the box but if you choose retail, you will need to add a register and have a Sim set it up for sales. I suggest placing on Bargain Bend as you will need a corner lot.

The first floor has a bar/coffee shop, an art supply store/gift shop, and empty gallery space in the "old building" which spans three floors. This gallery is empty for your Sims to fill with their photography or artwork. In the basement level is a small dorm room for students or employees to crash in.

The second floor has more free gallery space as well as the photography wing.

The third floor holds the fine art, woodworking, and pottery classrooms. There is also a student lounge and the first fine art gallery which my students have stocked for you.

The fourth floor is all empty gallery space for your Sims to fill.

There are several bathrooms spread throughout the complex and the lounge has a kitchen in back. You should have everything you need to live on this property.

Redo of my Octagonal house for b&w, wedding, and birthday party use. Banquet room, music room for dancing and piano, wedding arch out back, kitchen and baths with showers, bridal party suite.

I've built this house many times in every Sim game. This one isn't really my favorite (see my Sims 3 folder for that) but it will do until the Sims 4 tools get more robust. I've done this up for my single collector/gardener and his old maid aunt, so it is a little cluttered and I've taken the entire master suite for an office. Redecorate at will. There is also a basement that has not been developed yet.

I'm not sure I'm completely happy with this one... There's something not quite right about the exterior design. It's a recreate of a favorite Sims 1 lot and I just could not get it to look the way I wanted it. Then I did the inside and without CAS, the best I could do is a modern Pottery Barn kind of feel (my original lot had an older look). I also added a man-cave basement. Anyhoo, someone might like it so I'm uploading it.

Available at the Sims 4 Gallery under my creator name, LadyEmperorSims. No CC, several build cheats used - Load through build, not manage worlds to preserve the look.

A vampire nightclub that can be switched to a lounge with no editing needed. There is a blocked off kitchen if you want to convert to a restaurant-just move the door/podiums and you are set to go. Try swapping the piano for a karaoke machine for a K-club or add a tv for a bar. No CC but lots of cheats and packs used-turn on MOO. To light the fireplaces you will need to turn on MOO, reduce down to default size, have a sim light in live mode, then enlarge again in build.

I'm not proud of this, but the truth is that Sims 4 is SERIOUSLY BORING for builders. To keep interested I have gone the route of many others and started various woohoo and/or baby challenges which led, of course, to building woohoo lots. So forgive the perversion, but one does what one has to. Exotic dance/club on 1st floor. Hourly rooms and massage parlor on 2nd fl. Bubble lounge on 3rd. No CC but lots of cheats and packs used-turn on MOO before placing - for some reason the bar area goes wonky if you don't.

Tried without having the doll with me, a very "simlish" version of her, but Akane nonetheless!

He's been working over time studying his craft and figuring out how to cure his wife and father in law of vampirism...whether they wanted it or not.
