As bad as it looks, this was turning out to be not an entirely awful read.

Trouble is, it's not my copy and belongs to the library. Only about 300 pages long and last night, I got to about half way through.

Visited Cardiff Central Library to renew it today thinking it was due back at the beginning of September and lo and behold it's due back tomorrow, the problem is, someone else has reserved it and because of that, I was unable to renew it under my name.

I'll return it tomorrow, then reserve it again for the next lend.

Good to see a few of the Bristol heads getting a name check in this potted history.
