Re-posting an oldie, just for a change of scenery, and to add a bit of color to our day.
They dance as a loving couple or do they? Has she carried so much pain her body slowly detaches its form. Love once only for him now gone. Or do they dance one last dance together whilst she still has the strength to stand. Does he love her so much that he does not see her falling apart. Is his love all that keeps her strong. But the pain is immense and she can no longer cope. One last dance for you my love.
No more of these gorgeous Swingtime ballerinas this year thanks to the awful autumn weather.

The rain in every place I've visited has a different personality. In Sydney the rain was sweet with a hint of sea salt, gentle and persistent. I could not get enough.

I remember more neon than this when I was a kid. Faulty memory? Wishful thinking? Less neon today than in the past? I don't know.
If anyone has tips on shooting neon, please let me know. I would like to get better shots than this.
On May 5 and 6, 1996, a Super Stop & Shop Grocery commercial was filmed here.
In January and February 2000, the film Big Momma’s House was shot in Orange, with scenes shot here.
On May 10, 2000, a television movie called The Last Dance had scenes shot here.

One of my sons brought me a sumptuous bouquet of pink tulips while I was convalescing, post-surgery. The lovely blooms lasted a surprisingly long time; now only a few petals remain hanging here and there. I can't bear to throw out the stems until every petal has fallen onto my windowsill.
Taken while The Last Dance were on stage at the Whitby Goth Weekend (WGW) in Apr 2015, which was a special 4-day event to celebrate its 21st Anniversary. WGW is a Goth & alternative music festival held every 6 months in Whitby (Yorkshire, England, UK).
The Last Dance at Eternal. 1/10 sec. at f/5.6, ISO 3200. RAW conversion, crop to square, slight saturation boost in Aperture. It was already ALMOST this saturated.
