Cooking grown-in-the-USA catfish! Tommy said they do this every year - volunteer hospitality cooking - just because they want to. Wearing a LSU shirt, I smiled and gently said, "War Eagle!" He smiled and said, "Yeah, I think they're gonna' win this year." He was referring to the Auburn v LSU game which was going to be played that afternoon in Auburn. Auburn won, by the way! WAR EAGLE, baby!
