24/04/2025. London, UK. The Prince of Wales during a visit to Mentivity, an organisation committed to empowering young people by ensuring they have access to high-quality youth services and safe spaces where they can thrive. His Royal Highness met Mentivity founders, Sayce Holmes-Lewis and Leon Wright, who shared how their upbringing on the Aylesbury Estate has shaped Mentivity’s innovative approach to supporting young people. The Prince spent time with the young people supported by Mentivity and had the opportunity to engage with some of the activities the organisation provides. His Royal Highness also joined a roundtable hosted by entrepreneur Tim Campbell MBE, a former winner and current advisor on The Apprentice. Picture by Andrew Parsons / Kensington Palace
At the beginning of my walk, came across people giving away Tide's new "Tide to Go" pen...There were film crews everywhere and the Tide people were doing stunts -- making it quite a big deal. I'd like to think it was for the next season of the Apprentice. If so, I'm in the raw footage!! ;-) The camera dude came right up in my face.
EDIT: It was featured on The Apprentice: Martha Stewart on November 2.
In October 2007, this impromptu booth was set up in Times Square for one day, selling discount Broadway tickets, with the proceeds going to charity. Tickets were $50 each, mostly mezzanine seats, and goodie bags with hats, cds, programs, and other Broadway memorabilia were given out with the tickets. The charity wasn't specified. It turns out this was a task for "Celebrity Apprentice" and this particular episode airs January 24, 2008.
