Thank you all on behalf of my mom and my dad for the good wishes for the wedding anniversary.
I´m glad that the day is over and that I can finally take off the bow tie *lol*
Tip of the day:
The sooner you fall behind the more time you'll have to catch up.

My Dear Flickr Friends;
I am sorry that I have been so remiss in replying to you, and visiting your streams. I am indeed, a little bit behind. But as each day passes I am slowly catching up, and want to thank you so much for all of your kind words during my recent absence. You mean the world to me.

Do not watch the petals fall from the rose with sadness,
Know that, like life, things sometimes must fade, before they can bloom again.
Thanks to textures by lesbrumes and boccacino again!
One of the beautiful sailing ships which took part in the Tall Ships Race 2023, sailing out of Hartlepool
What a sight to behold
For everyone involved, a very big thank you, we enjoyed it so much
Sail safely and we hope we see you all again sometime in the future
There is always a door opened somewhere
There is always an opportunity awaiting
There is always an option
There is always a choice
One just have to be willing and enter
So here is a phone adventure with clouds

The James River has always been a special place to me…especially in the early morning light and fog. Spend as much time as you can in your special place, breathe it in and sooth your soul, for time is fleeting till we grow old!
I went for a walk up to Brockton Point after work.
Every year at this time I like to be on Seymour Mountain.
Search and Rescue volunteers saved my life up here.
Today is the 10th anniversary of that day.
I would like to honour the 7 men; who each spent a very cold night protecting me. I had fallen a long way and was unable to get out on my own.

photo info: handheld shot. snow was blowing sideways. I was balancing an umbrella in one hand and the camera in the other. had to bump the ISO way up. reduced the noise in post-processing.
My daughter bought me this little mouse and it sits on my computer desk. I look and smile at her everyday. I finally decided to photograph her, lol! Maybe I should write a little story about her adventures?!!
