Went to TesseracTs 'Secret' show at the cellar bar for a pre tour warm up show to try out their new vocalist. Used to watch these down here back in 2008 so was bizarre to see them again. Very happy with the outcome.

First Set of fresh photos i have uploaded all year and it feels very nice.

TesseracT play the Ice Cold Gig.

A gigantic igloo, thought to be the world’s biggest and spanning the equivalent of 3.5 double decker buses near Yllas village, Finland, was transformed into an ice stage for the world’s first gig on an igloo.

The show saw UK progressive rock band, TesseracT perform on top of the immense snow structure for the Jägermeister Ice Cold Gig, which puts artists to the test as they perform in unconventional, ice cold conditions.

it only takes 200 pool noodles to make a floating tesseract. thanks to everyone who helped assemble!

The Tesseract is a mirrored hypercube measuring 123cm on each side suspended on bungee cords. The interior is made entirely of acrylic mirrors. Participants enter the cube and are provided with several light toys of various sorts and a pair of rainbow glasses. Inside they float among the infinite reflections created inside. It's not something easily explained, but something universally enjoyed. Not once did I see someone exit the cube un-impressed.

The ice stage set into the worlds biggest igloo. Lights behind the ice accentuate the cool look of the gig.
