MATCHBOX TESLA MODEL 3 1/64 by Craig Tetlow

A decade or so ago most people had barely heard of Tesla yet here in the UK and indeed in a lot of countries their smaller 3 hatchback regularly comes in the top 10 best sellers. Unthinkable especially as the likes of the all conquering Ford Focus and Vauxhall Astra are now relegated to also rans in terms of sales positions. I'm not a huge fan of Tesla styling, too anonymous and too much alike each other but I do confess this is probably the best looking out of the bunch.

Hot Wheels were quick to launch their admirably stock looking casting and now thats joined by the latest Matchbox Moving Parts equivalent. There isn't actually much between them except obviously this has opening front doors which although painted in metallic red do seem to match the rest of the body better than a lot from this series.
