Visit to Coalition for Temporary Shelter- C.O.T.S (www.cotsdetroit.org/) in Detroit, Michigan on the first day of the MRS18 tour. From their site, "Founded in 1982, Coalition On Temporary Shelter (COTS) is a private, non-profit organization that provides emergency shelter, transitional housing, as well as comprehensive support services for the homeless and at-risk population in Detroit." Our program was led by Cheryl Johnson, President/CEO and was outstanding! Taken on Monday April 30th, 2018. From the Government Relations site, "the Michigan Road Scholar Tour takes faculty of the University of Michigan (U-M) on a five-day traveling seminar on the State of Michigan. This educational tour exposes participants to the state’s economy, government and politics, culture, educational systems, health and social issues, history, and geography."

I was very surprised to see this 'facility' on the clifftop. A very basic shower facility and not one for those that like some privacy! I think it was associated with the London 2012 sailing events as the field adjacent looked like it had been a temporary campsite
