Golden hour looking towards the old steel works on Teesside, soon to be demolished.

It was at this point my hands were so cold I could'nt operate the settings properly, plus the fact it was pitch-dark as you can see to left of the shot, it is what it is :-)
60015 runs through the mass industrial derliction of Middlesbrough's Grangetown with the 6D11 Lackenby to Scunthorpe steel slab empties. The large structure in the distance is the Lackenby steel convertor, still standing but lost forever and set for demolition as were the blast furnaces, coke ovens and rolling mills that once lined this railway.

'Rail Riders Express' slowly eases into the Wilton Complex with 6E26, the 10.40 Knowsley Freight Terminal to Wilton.
The domestic waste will be burned to produce electricity.
