This is our terrace area where are customer service executives chill out during their breaks. They have their coffee, tea and chit chat and have all the fun.
We call these skilled individuals who provide the support service to the businesses, factories and small service providers the Computer Network technicians.

My daughter finally received the Sims, complete collection for her birthday. And, it won't work on our computer, I think, because we have Vista. It's driving me crazy and I can't fix it! Just thought I would share.

What part of technical support don't you understand, works both ways since I worked on this for two days and didn't ever manage to fix it. Also, most of the technical support I sought out ended with, "I don't know. That should work" Ugh!
