With some down time on the Death Star these wee troopers work together solving this dual ball Labyrinth puzzle.
Now on the lead, 4464 makes plenty of noise at the front while hauling 8L13 through Pipers Flat, north of Wallerawang, on the Kandos branch, with 4473/4702 helping on the rear.
Least Terns work together to raise their chicks. While one parent is out hunting for fish, the other keeps the chicks warm and safe. This moment captures the exchange between parents as one comes back with fish to feed the chicks.

Teamwork means that we share a common ideal, Embrace a common goal. Regardless of our differences, we strive shoulder to shoulder, Confident in one another’s faith, trust, and commitment. In the end, teamwork can be summed up in five short words: "We believe in each other."
A farmer noticed a highway department truck pulling over on to the shoulder of the road. A man got out and dug a hole, then got back into the truck. Then the other occupant got out, filled up the hole and got back in the truck. Every fifty yards this amazing process was repeated. ’What are you doing?’ the farmer asked. The driver replied, ’We’re on a highway beautification project, and the guy who plants the trees is home sick today.’ What’s the bottom line (morale)? No Unity, no Productivity! God blesses those who work together in unity!
3 STEPS FOR EFFECTIVE TEAMWORK
1.) The team members must Care for One Another.
Uncaring people on a team are like two guys in a sinking boat, sitting together at one end doing nothing. As the people at the other end are bailing furiously, one says, ’Thank God that hole isn’t in our end of the boat.’ Without Sacrifice there can be no Success! Sometimes we are called to sacrifice: time, effort, comfort, and our own desires for the sake of the team. We should adapt the Musketeer motto ‘All for One and One for All!’
2) The team members must communicate effectively
In Hurricane Katrina, hundreds died while those who could have rescued them stood by. Why? Communication broke down.
3) ’Your rights’ must take second place,
The team’s success must always be of greater value than your own individual interests. Your “I’ll do it myself, that way I know it’ll get done right” attitude, robs others of the opportunity to participate, learn and grow, and leaves the job undone or poorly done.
T.E.A.M = Together Everyone Achieves More!
"Therefore if you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any common sharing in the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind. Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others. In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus."

Metra 402 and 405 team up to haul train 2621 west across the Des Plaines River in Libertyville, IL.
This was my first time using flashes in months, and to my utmost surprise, it only took two to illuminate this scene. Shooting during blue hour was intentional- I love the juxtaposition and contrast between an illuminated foreground and dim, cooly-colored background.
No EXIF data for the lens because I was using an old Tamron 90mm macro (at somewhere around f/4, I would guess) along with a passive lens adapter on my full-frame Sony mirrorless(1/125s ISO 400). The soft lighting came from a large window.

Intermodal trains 234 (left) and 218 (right) have just arrived at the New Haven Connection in Bellevue, Ohio, and will soon be moving again across Ohio with new outbound crews onboard. 234, led by D9-40CW #9447, will stop at the Rickenbacker Intermodal Terminal near Columbus to set off and pick up cars, then continue towards its final destination of Norfolk International Terminal in Norfolk, Virginia. 218, led by the Central of Georgia heritage unit (ES44AC #8101), will deliver its train to the Charlotte Intermodal Terminal, located between the runways of the Charlotte-Douglas International Airport in North Carolina. Both trains originated in Chicago.
Things turn out better when we work together.
Today the Hereios of the We’re Here! Group are in the gutter but looking up at the stars. The stars of my little drama are part of a set of figures intended to complement a train set.

No railway tracks to the plant? No problem! After being brought by the diesel locomotive, the freight cars are transferred to a semitrailer platform by a large tractor to complete the last few kilometers of their journey to the factory.
The whole approach is quite minimalistic as there isn't even a railway station here. Just a loop track and four switches are enough to serve two industrial yards.
A team of ants in Bali, Indonesia work together to move the corpse of a cockroach back to their nest.
This is a teamwork effort and it was fun to do:
Gary took the photo www.flickr.com/photos/garygillette/) …..and I edited it.
It's a great shot, Gary (well done with the exposure) and I enjoyed working with it very much.
Thanks! 😊

PS Mushrooms are very rare over here in Namibia, and forests don't really exist. Flies yes. ;-)
Have a wonderful Sunday, everyone!
So a team is a group of industrious hands getting things done and some 'brilliant minds' watching things get done...

Shot for We're Here theme: Housework. I am working on another image for this theme but got derailed so settled for this simple interpretation. ODC theme: together.
Here is one of the first shots taken with my new (ok, second-hand - but in mint condition) Canon EF 100mm f/2.8L Macro IS USM lens. So far I'm very happy with the upgrade.
A quartet of ants helping each other drag what I believe is the remains of a leopard slug (Limax maximus), presumably back to the nest.
About a meter from these four, I found another ant dragging a paralyzed spider back to the ant hill: www.flickr.com/photos/tinyturtle/48014972283/https://www....
