Tonight, in a departure from recent experimental layer/montage work, I revisit some shots from an excursion to a St. Louis Cardinals baseball game, with a couple of shots of downtown buildings from Busch Stadium and a couple of "Team Fredbird," sort of the Cardinals cheerleading squad.
Team viper is the pinnacle of U.S. spec ops teams. From L to R:
Smith- a trusty explosives expert and is always ready to "light it up"
King- a hacking genius with a love of knives
Powell- always ready for some action and always carries extra ammo
Chief- the leader of Team Viper
I am really happy with how these guys turned out an am going to continue to improve on these guys. Also, look for a story soon!
Team roping, the only true team event in ProRodeo, requires close cooperation and timing between two highly skilled ropers – a header and a heeler – and their horses. The event originated on ranches when cowboys needed to treat or brand large steers and the task proved too difficult for one man. Russian River Rodeo, Duncans Mills, CA. June 24, 2018

Here, she was insisting on helping me work rather than derailing me. This is a capture of her team-building exercise.

The Chelsea Pensioners Bowls Team come to play our Great Wakering Royal British Legion Bowls Team today.
Wakering Photography Group is based at the Legion Club so we were asked to take some photographs.
It was an honour to have such distinguished guests in our village today.
The boys (and girls) are back in town! The long awaited return of Nova Team is finally at hand! Here’s the crew, standing proud - and sporting a new look - ready to face whatever challenges the galaxy has in store for them.
As I mentioned before, I’ve retired the custom prints, having decided to go back to official prints. I feel the silver torso from 2020 works well for them. I also kept the Classic Space colors denoting department, but used as accents this time. Not entirely different than the newly released (at the time of this post) 2024 City Space figures.
I’ll keep posting this week to give each crew member a chance to shine, so keep your scanners peeled!

Over the last couple of days I’ve been posting photos with stories ;-) of my custom LEGO Neo-Classic Space minifigure waterslide decals. Thank you all for the interest, favs and kind words. I really appreciate it! For those who don’t know, my idea was to come up with an updated take on the original Classic Space minifigure and of course making sure that wonderful logo was centerstage in the design. I took inspiration from Galaxy Squad, Batman's spacesuit and the Series 1 Spaceman Collectible Minifigure. To learn more about the in-universe story behind the new space suit, take a look at my description here: flic.kr/p/tN5MpG

The light's not great today, so this is a little more grainy than I'd like, but here's a desert camo SEAL team that I've been tinkering with for a while. I'm neither a minifig painter nor sculptor, and the only real modding going on here involved tweaks to a few of the weapons with an Xacto blade. Proof that with some cash for Tiny Tactical parts, one can accomplish just about anything. :)
