I always wanted to taste unicorn.... medium rare is perfect.
(noe the sign originall read "Chinese & Dim Sum Cuisine" but I rubed that out to make my sad joke work.
Tasted on Saturday 6th January 2007. 5th growth grand cru classe from the Haut-Medoc. Very tasty - could possibly benefit from another year or two in the bottle but at 16,90 euros, outstanding value

In case you haven't heard yet, Taste of the Nation Orlando raised $167,500 to help fight hunger in Central Florida. The local beneficiaries for this foodie event are Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida, Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida and Florida Impact.
Close to 2,000 people at the World Center Marriott enjoyed delicious food prepared by 36 top Central Florida restaurants. The event was emceed by DJ's Scott McKenzie of Mix 105.1 and Paco of 1059 Sunny FM. This year, the event even held a cooking "throw-down" sponsored by Creekstone Farms. Thanks to our sponsors, all the chefs and our hard working committee, we had an unforgetable Taste of the Nation.
The tests were decoded; K=Kelloggs, S=Sainsbury, W=Whole earth.
As you can see, Kelloggs won hands down.
Each of the three cornflakes was compared with a different brand on 4 occasions. Kelloggs was preferred in 4/4 comparisons. Whole earth was preferred in 2/4 comparisons. Sainsbury was preferred in 0/4 comparisons.
