1918 - 2018
It marks a century since Chevrolet started selling pickup trucks.
During 1955-59 the Task Force model was introduced ( as seen above ). This model is viewed as one of Chevy's most beautiful classic collectibles and today remains one of the most sought after pickup trucks.
Originally built with a V8 small block, 265 cubic inch, 162 horsepower with a two-barrel carburetor, upgraded to 180 horsepower with a four barrel carburetor. In 1957, the 283 cubic inch, small block was introduced, upping the horsepower to 185.
Personally, this is one of my all time faves.

Longannet Power Station viewed from Bo'ness. Scottish Power have said the power station will close in March 2016, blaming the decision on the high cost of connecting to the national grid.
A task force has been set up, which will draw up an economic recovery plan to support workers, businesses and communities affected by the closure of the station.
Longannet opened in 1972 and is one of Europe's biggest coal-fired power stations. Its generating capacity is 2.4 GW made it (when it opened) the biggest capacity coal-fired power station in Europe. It is now the third largest, after Bełchatów in Poland and Drax in England.
We apparently do NOT have enough generating capacity, so WHY close it now? Why not keep it open until there's replacement capacity?
The Bay of pigs invasion was a unsuccessful invasion of Cuba by the CIAs paramilitary group Brigade 2506 on April 17, 1961. The taskforce was made up of CIA agents and Cuban exiles. The goal was to overthrow the communist government in Cuba led by Fidel Castro. A force of 1,500 men landed in the Bay of Pigs. The invasion was a failure on the part of the US and was a huge embarrassment for US foreign policy. Cuba remained communist and its ties to the Soviet Union grew leading to the Cuban missile crisis. After the invasion numerous attempts were made by the CIA to assassinate Fidel Castro, but were unsuccessful.

Cherie Blair and her daughter Kathryn were at The Banqueting House in Whitehall last night for the annual gala dinner of the national child safety organisation Kids Taskforce. The event was also attended by Children’s Minister Tim Loughton, the Secretary of State for Wales Cheryl Gillan, ‘Strictly’ professional Kristina Rihanoff and Spurs striker Jermain Defoe. This has been in the works a long time, and I greatly thank everyone who helped me out in the many annoying snakeskin camo pictures. Without all of your opinions and support, I would have done something that would have been...not this, and not as good. (I will post a followup picture in a few days, showing my attempts at methods you guys suggested.)
Some fun stuff! The vest used to be a Combatbrick plain plate carrier, and the helmet used to be a Combatbrick Modern Warfare helmet. Having TT fit and glue the headset mic was completely worth it. Steve's handiwork is as precise and excellent as his moldwork. Also, I chose not to include the pistol on his SEAL patch, since it would clog up the logo I had already painted.

On this day in 1982 (April 29th) the British Task Force arrived in the Maritime Exclusion Zone (MEZ). The MEZ had been declared by the British Government on 12 April and covered a circle of radius 200 nautical miles from the centre of the Falkland Islands. Any Argentine military ships entering the MEZ could be attacked by British nuclear-powered submarines.

Taskforce 104 is an english group of survivors/soldiers that will be part of my new serie. (for real this time..) I've allready made a few scene's for it so I should be able to post more often. Below there is some Information about these men.
Pvt. Miller, the one on the left, 32 years old, 5.97 feet tall, is a UK recon. He lost his parents when he was only 7 years old. Now he wants to take avenge at the people who did this.
Pvt. Tucker, the one in the middle, 27 years old, 6.0 feet tall, is a UK riflemen. He served in Afghanistan for a couple of years. The rebels killed his squad so now he wants to take revenge on the people who killed them.
Pvt. middleton, the one on the right, 36 years old 5.8 feet tall, is a UK heavy gunner. He left the army afther he served for 13 years. His son got captured by the rebels. Now he wants to find his son and revenge the people who did this.
About the shot: this shot is taking place in England, Axminster, in front of a restaurant. the next pictures will take place in some real existing places in Great Britain like: times square and the tower brige.

I been rapping since 1985 after being inspired by electro..beat street..STYLE WARS and the king of story telling, mr slick rick (la di da di) these things started my journey and i always try to make sure the younger heads check them out..its like school innit!..around 1988 got into graffing and practiced round my endz 4 a couple of years untill i met some real writers (mace r.c.s, masicre r.c.s, series, acrid..early radical crew) mace kinda took man under his wing until i had learnt the ropes..then i was everywhere..i used to love the central line..big up fret..then i met mc Intenz in secondary school and became his beatbox for a while until i finally plucked up the courage to rap..me,chesta,intenz and mic skilligan formed the BURY CREW..and then skinny and the mud was there and bare next heads came in..shocking, nocturnal, joe spitz, twighlight eyes..Bury crew was the illest crew ever and we set the benchmark 4 london at that time (obviously alongside MUD FAM) basically we fucked the whole thing up..so respect all bury crew!!bbbrrraaapppp..97/98..we put on a talent show called MUDLUMZ where we showcased everyone you can think of(check out the old flyer in my photos)..if you dont know you need to get to know (black twang,roots manuva,ice pick,mc D,12 stone,etc etc)so after recording with the bury crew for years me and chesta recorded new mic order with mark B in 98/99..the rest is sorta out there..This year i am taking my musical production to new levels..I make beats more than rap these days but still like to give it a go once in a while..As TASKFORCE move on into the cyber age i offer my self to the world as a 1st class producer/rapper..sometimes even a teacher and mentor..whatever,im here now..lets do this.Spread love...Farms

King Shark: Basically a Grey version of one I saw made by 'Duncan', Killer Moth's alias. He originally used the light blue cmf Shark head and legs and etc.

"Tonight: Turmoil in Palestine as the British Embassy and Foreign Offices are besieged by armed militants. The buildings came under attack from mobs as large as those participating in the seizure of the United States Embassy in Iran in 1979. These sudden outbursts of violence from Palestinian militants and civilians could be linked to several Terror Cells who are believed to have helped co-ordinate the UNIST Headquarters bombing a few weeks ago. Probably my largest scene to date. I had immense fun building and photographing both the building and the whole scene, though finding enough parts to make a mob was a challenge.

It is for this reason that I am announcing Operation Flashlight. I believe that it will not only make the UK a safer country, but will show the world that we remain to this day a powerful and influential Nation." - BBC News

"Our top news story this evening - two hours ago an explosive device was detonated outside UNIST Headquarters near Whitehall in London. At present the death toll is unkown, though there are possibly eight or more victims. No Extremist group has claimed responsibility for the bombing yet; however this sudden national breach in safety has raised many eyebrows. Experts are questioning just how a bomb of such size could be placed in it's intended location without any witnesses. We go live to the scene with field reporter Ian Sterling. Ian, can you tell us what's happening?"
*Pause*
"Well it's a very emotional and distressing atmosphere here at UNIST Headquarters. Paramedics are already administering to the victims and there are UNIST Servicemen everywhere. Earlier today a quiet London Street, this road now looks like the site of an earthquake. Rubble has filled the streets and I can see severe structural damage to most of the buildings in the vicinity. Whoever the cause of this attack, they have left a visible scar here in London."
*Two UNIST soldiers appear behind the reporter and forcefully urge him to leave the scene"
"Sir, cameras are not permitted in this area until a later time. I must ask you to leave."
