From my recent trip to the RetroArcade Museum in Beacon, NY. I wrote up a bunch of what I learned about how these amazing electromechanical games work here: Retro Arcade Museum: An Electromechanical Wonderland.
This target is a converted Talos missile, originally made by McDonnell Aircraft Company in St Louis. It cruises on ramjet power and is launched by a conventional rocket. The air intake for the ramjet is in the nose. The Navy used Vandals for target practice for many years.
The two towers serve as the corporate headquarters for Target Corporation, the owner of Target Stores, Marshall Field's, and Mervyn's.

Encaustic on newspaper and cloth over canvas surmounted by four tinted-plaster faces in a wood box with hinged front.
For Johns the common shooting target was one of the many "things the mind already knows." Using familiar objects "gives me room to work on other levels," he has explained. Though closely linked with the acts of looking and aiming, the concentric circles of John's target are obscured and the surface made tactile by the technique of applying encaustic -- pigment mixed with beeswax -- on collage. Mounted above the target, four plaster casts taken from the same model over a period of several months are arranged in non sequential order. A hinged wooden lid offers the option of shutting away the small niches that hold these cropped, eyeless faces that stubbornly conceal their identity.

From the Hot Options range, says it's a AU size 10 but it's really big so I would say if you wanted a tight cropped cardi then it would be more like an AU12-14 size. Very soft fabric.

I love Target. They have come such a long way since I furnished my first apartment back in . . . well, let's just say it was a long time ago. Ever notice though that even if you have four items on your list you still can't walk out of there without spending at least $100.00? Why is that?

So afterschool today, I hung out with Annie Bui, she picked me up at like 6, we got El Pollo Loco, then eventually went to Target and to get some boba.

I tried to make the animation a bit funny, making it miss 3 arrows in a row (the last one even attempting to bend to avoid the hit), only to get hit by a fourth arrow. For the bend I used a simple "Lettuce".

A pendulum swing is as straight forward as it can get. I just decided to put a colored background so you can see it easier. Only animation i didn't like from the ones given because I couldn't try to put it in a funny scenario (I guessed the swing itself was the main point of choosing a pendulum).

The idea of this animation was that of a ball bouncing on the floor and eventually hitting the target. But the target backfires, by flipping and thus sending the ball into the sky. A thing I could have tweaked more could have been the "squash and stretch" effect. But besides that I think the animation is alright.

They really hit the jackpot with all the cupcake Valentines stuff at good ol' Target! Good job Target designers/buyers!
I'm not overly crazy about the Missoni for Target line overall. Not really in to the clothing options or home decor. But I will admit, when I happened upon this train case, I fell in love with it. It's girly and purple. That's all it really takes for me. Only other thing I might get from this line is a scarf. Beyond that, nada.
