A U.S. Navy MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter with Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 22 air lifts supplies from the USNS Robert E. A dumptruck places some of the new roadbed material on northbound I-405. A good base helps ensure the pavement poured on top lasts a long time.
