Hand held shot 20 minutes after sunset while it was raining.

I was walking around downtown Olympia looking for some unique night shots, and noticed two guys tagging a wall behind a restaurant. I asked if they minded me taking their picture; one ignored me but the other was cool with it as long as I didn't show their faces.
