*"The Oath Leaks Slowly" is about the promises we make with our bodies before we ever speak them aloud. The hand — calloused and patient — draws red from the cask not in haste but in reverence. The liquid, possibly wine, possibly blood, is history itself: the lifeblood of labor, of tradition, of cost.

I wanted to capture the moment just before guilt becomes mythology. Before labor becomes story. This is not a scene of work, but of witness — to something passed down, maybe broken, maybe sacred. The viewer should feel uneasy and curious in equal measure.*
