SERIE „TABLEAU“
Diese 12 Blätter sind freie Improvisationen mit Möglichkeiten der grafischen Technik Monotypie.
Zunächst hatte ich in spielerischer Weise die Farbreste von Druckplatten und Walzen auf Papierbögen übertragen. In der Folge habe ich diese Anfänge mit weiteren Schichten von Kritzeleien, Zeichen, Farbstrukturen und Flächen überlagert. So sind diese Arbeiten mehr oder weniger gleichzeitig entstanden. Ich hatte absichtslos begonnen, später dachte ich dann an Bilderbögen, Graffitiwände und Schautafeln.

Le lac Témiscouata est un lac de la région du Témiscouata dans le sud-est du Québec. Long de 45 km et large de 5 km et d’une superficie de 67 km2, il est la source de la rivière Madawaska qui se déverse dans le fleuve Saint-Jean. Le lac Témiscouata est le second lac en importance sur la rive sud du fleuve Saint-Laurent, après le lac Memphrémagog (95,3 km2).

So I'm taking a break from blogging "regularly" through December, since RL is pretty busy and I can't juggle deadlines with travel, family time, etc without a bit of stress. Not that I won't be doing photos when I have the time, but it means I get to shift my focus. Events and a couple of sponsors where things work a little differently, for instance, afford me a lot of leeway in terms of time management, so I'm not taking a break from those. But you know what else? This affords me the freedom to re-explore older content of current and past sponsors when putting things together, instead of trying to focus on newer releases as part of my role. I like to think it's a win-win situation, between doing things without any adjustments, and reminding people of the gems a lot of creators have in their mainstores.
It's also going to be a month where I want to focus on random personal projects in terms of photos, and where I'd like to collaborate more when time permits. So if you need an extra body, want to develop a concept together, or want to feature in something I'm making, by all means. Hit me up, and we'll make it happen.
