I loved this show. But these were the early days of FOX, so everything was canceled.

This TV Guide article from July 1994 is one of my favorites. It's from a book of actual memos issued by TV executives over the years called "A Martian Wouldn't Say That." I'm sorry to say that every single one of these is real and were actually sent to each program's producers. And now you know why TV is the way it is.

Proving that everything is for sale, here's a rare ad from a July 1969 TV Guide that sponsored the coverage of man landing on the moon. But shouldn't it have been brought to you by Tang?
