This location opened in 2004 and was renovated in January 2020; it was originally part of a GEX department store, which opened on August 9th, 1962 and closed in 1977. This section became a Chuck E Cheese's Pizza Time Theatre in May 1982, which was renovated into a regular Chuck E. Cheese's in 1993. CEC relocated here in May 2002.

This location opened in 2010; space 513 was originally a Drug Fair, which opened in the early 1960s and became a Rite Aid in 1987. Space 511 was previously a Rent-A-Center, which relocated here in the early 2010s.
