Went over to Carla's for lunch and homeschooling the kids. We made these tiramisu cupcakes from "Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World" to go along with lunch and they were delicious!

O tiramisù é uma sobremesa tipicamente italiana, com origem na região de Chianti, que consiste em camadas de biscoito champagne embebidas em café e vinho Marsala, ou conhaque, ou rum e brandy, entremeadas com o cremoso e macio queijo chamado mascarpone, polvilhado com chocolate amargo.

Il tiramisù come piace a me: con poco caffè (e molto dolce!) e con scagliette di cioccolato al posto del cacao in polvere!
Tiramisu with ladyfingers and whipped cream. Bottom layer is with coffee and amaretto soaked ladyfingers. On top mixture prepared with mascarpone, heavy cream, sugar and egg yolk. Top layer is whipped cream sprinkled with cocoa powder. Mint leaf garnish.
