More than just pets, dogs and cats are now an integral part of the daily lives of many people.
Unanimously, pet owners will tell you: it is a source of intense and incomparable joy. Whether it is to fill an emotional void or to brighten up a family home, adults and children are all under the spell of their furballs.
Researchers have even proven that the presence of pets has a real impact on well-being, self-confidence, empathy, and the quality of interactions with others.
Obviously, if many people are still reluctant to take the plunge for this canine or feline cohabitation, it is surely because these pets require special and regular attention.
As for your own child, you have to take good care of them, give them time, energy, affection... And above all, you have to learn to deal with this major problem: scattered hairs everywhere and bad smells that perfume the whole house!

Bekerja di ruangan ber-ac memang menggembirakan dan bikin nyaman, lebih-lebih kalau cuaca di luar tengah panas. Sayangnya, nggak seluruh orang dapat beradaptasi di ruangan yang dingin dan ber-ac dikarenakan alasan kebugaran sampai yang lainnya.
Masalahnya, mau nggak mau mereka perlu konsisten bekerja di ruangan itu. Mau minta dimatikan AC-nya, tetapi sungkan juga dengan karyawan yang lainnya.
Buat kamu yang nggak tahan dingin, berikut tips-tips kerja di ruangan AC sehingga anda konsisten merasa nyaman meski nggak tahan dingin. Nggak akan menggigil
atau bersin-bersin kembali deh!
Kecuali anda model orang yang tahan dingin, carilah daerah duduk yang nggak segera kena AC
Biasanya orang-orang kayak gini akan segera menggigil apalagi pusing kalau kena AC. Untuk menghindarinya, anda bisa memilih area duduk yang jauh dari AC. Kecuali telah penuh, anda bisa minta temanmu untuk bertukar area duduk.
Pakailah selalu baju hangat sehingga nggak menggigil dan kedinginan
Tak sekedar jaket, anda juga mesti kenakan syal, kaus kaki, dan sepatu yang menutupi kaki, ya! Pilihlah baju berbahan wol supaya mampu mempertahankan suhu hangat tubuhmu. Jika masih kedinginan juga, anda bisa kenakan baju berlapis.
Usahakan untuk tidak membiarkan perutmu di dalam kondisi kosong
Perut kosong bisa menurunkan suhu tubuh. Usahakan untuk selalu sarapan dan sediakan makanan kecil di meja kerja sehingga perutmu selalu terisi.
Supaya suhu tubuh terus hangat, upayakan untuk melaksanakan gerakan-gerakan kecil di sela-sela pekerjaan.
Jangan cuma duduk di depan layar saja, sesekali cobalah laksanakan peregangan sehingga suhu tubuh konsisten terjaga. Nggak cuma sanggup menghindari tubuh kedinginan, peregangan juga bisa memicu badan lebih segar dan terhindar berasal dari pegal.
Perbanyaklah minum air putih sehingga tubuh tidak dehidrasi dan kulitmu tidak kering akibat udara AC
Kebanyakan orang menganggap berada di ruangan ber-ac yang selalu dingin tersebut nggak akan bikin tubuh cepat haus. Padahal justru tubuhmu rentan kehilangan cairan tubuh sebab terkena udara AC yang dingin, kulit pun ringan kering dan gatal. Menjadi usahakan untuk selalu memenuhi keperluan air putihmu.
Bawalah selalu minyak angin untuk menghangatkan tubuh sewaktu-selagi kedinginan
Biasanya, orang yang nggak tahan dingin akan mudah masuk angin ketika berada di ruang ber-ac. Untuk mencegahnya, anda bisa mengoleskan minyak telon atau kayu putih sesekali di bagian tubuh yang terasa dingin, seperti perut dan telapak kaki.
Jikalau di kantormu tersedia dapur, anda dapat menyediakan minuman hangat.
Minuman hangat dapat mengembalikan suhu tubuh yang menurun akibat AC. Supaya energinya terus terjaga, buatlah minuman yang miliki persentase gula yang memadai. Anda dapat menyebabkan secangkir teh hangat untuk dinikmati sembari bekerja.
Kecuali cara-cara di atas telah anda laksanakan, nggak tersedia kembali deh yang namanya kedinginan di ruangan ber-ac selama bekerja. Bikin nyaman dan makin produktif kerjanya !
